Frequently Asked Questions  What are the shipping costs? Shipping charges are a flat fee of $7.90 per carton. Where are the cigarettes manufactured? The cigarettes are manufactured in Europe or Russia.  None of the cigarettes are made in the Phillipines or Far East. All of the cigarettes we offer are made by or under the license & authority of the original manufacturer. How long will it take to receive my order? The delivery timeframe for all products is 17-28 days. Average delivery is 20 days. If you order more than one carton you may not receive all the cartons on the same day.
